The UK-based company Ferrexpo, whose main interests are in Ukrainian iron ore assets, has announced its production results for 2008.
Accordingly, during the given period the company recorded a four percent decrease year on year in its iron ore production to 27.76 million metric tons, while its concentrate production saw a 1.8 percent fall to 10.459 million metric tons.
During 2008, Ferrexpo's total pellet production decreased by 0.4 percent year on year to 9.03 million metric tons.
