Evraz UGOK’s iron ore concentrate and agglomerate outputs rise in Feb

In February this year, Evraz UGOK (Southern Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise), a subsidiary of Russian mining and steel producing company Evraz Group, increased its iron ore concentrate production by 9.5 percent year on year to 826,000 mt. Its output of agglomerate in the given period increased by 47.6 percent year on year to 189,000 mt.

In the January-February period of the current year, Evraz UGOK saw a 7.5 percent increase in its iron ore concentrate production to 1.709 million mt and a 33.7 percent increase in its agglomerate output to 345,000 mt - both on year-on-year basis.
