Evraz completes Yuzhkuzbassugol acquisition

The Russian steel and iron ore producer Evraz Group has announced its completion of the acquisition of the remaining 50 percent stake in Yuzhkuzbassugol, thus raising its share in the company to 100 percent.

The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Evraz had acquired its initial 50 percent stake in Russia's largest coal producer in December 2005.
