EEC proposes to extend AD duty on Indian graphite electrode

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has proposed to extend the antidumping (AD) duty on graphite electrode imports from India for another five years.

Antidumping duty rates stand at 16.04 percent for HEG Ltd and 32.83 percent for all the other exporters. The calculated dumping margin for the period of review (July 1, 2016-30 June 2017) is 50.39 percent.

Comments from the interested parties will be collected until August 16, 2018.
