EEC prolongs AD investigation on imports of steel rods from Ukraine

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has stated that it has decided to prolong the antidumping (AD) investigation on imports of hot rolled carbon and alloyed steel rods produced in Ukraine and exported to the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. The EEC is a single permanent regulatory body for the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia and the Single Economic Space (SES) of the Eurasian Economic Community (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan).

The investigation will be prolonged for a further three months, until May 19. The investigation was previously prolonged for three months until February 19.
