EBRD to allocate $100 mln for Mittal Steel Temirtau

It has been reported that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will allocate $100 million for the improvement of safety at Mittal Steel Temirtau enterprises - i.e. the Kazakhstan-based subsidiary of the world's largest steel producer Arcelor Mittal.

Mittal Steel Temirtau is the largest steel and iron ore producer in Kazakhstan.
