Dalian, Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmaker Dongbei Special Steel Co.'s new bloom caster has lately entered production.
Tianjin city-based Chinese contractor Tianjin MCC20 Construction Co. began construction and installation work for the new bloom caster in January this year, completing all work and tests within five months.
