DOC rescinds AD review on SSSS in coils imported from Italy
The
US Department of Commerce rescinds administrative review of the antidumping duty order on
stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from
Italy.
The
US Department of Commerce (DOC), on August 24, 2004 initiated administrative review of the antidumping duty order on
stainless steel sheet and strip (SSSS) in coils imported from
Italy upon the request filed by ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni S.p.A and ThyssenKrupp AST USA, Inc (collectively TKAST).
The period of the review was July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004.
As TKAST withdrew its request for a review on September 15, 2004, i.e within 90 days after the initiation of the review, DOC rescinds the review with respect to SSSS in coils from
Italy.
