DOC publishes official declaration for AD duty on Turkish rebar

In consequence of International Trade Commission's (ITC) decision for continuance of the existing anti-dumping duty order on reinforcing bar imports from Turkey as a part of the sunset review, the Department of commerce (DOC) published official declaration regarding the issue. In line with the ITC decision, the DOC has officially ordered the continuation of anti-dumping order on the rebar imports from Turkey, as revoking such is found to be possible to lead to continuation or recurrence of the injury in US domestic steel industry.
