DOC initiates new shipper review for HR flat products from Brazil

The US Department of Commerce (DOC), on September 27, 2004 received a request from Companhia Siderrgica de Tubaro (CST), a Brazilian producer and exporter of the subject merchandise to conduct a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products imported from Brazil. The producer claimed that it did not export the subject merchandise to the US. Upon this request, DOC is initiating AD new shipper review for the subject producer. The period of review is March 1, 2004 through August 31, 2004.
