DOC extends AD review preliminary results deadline for steel pipes from Thailand

The Department of Commerce (DOC) extended the deadline for preliminary results of the antidumping administrative review on imports of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand. Due to the need for further analysis of complex issues relating to cost of production, DOC determined that it is not practicable to complete the preliminary results in this administrative review of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand by December 1, 2005. Therefore, DOC is extending the time limit for completion of the preliminary results until no later than March 31, 2006.
