DJJ subsidiary Trademark Metals acquires Gulf Cost Metals

Charlotte, North Carolina-based Nucor Corporation subsidiary, Cincinnati-Ohio-based David J. Joseph Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Trademark Metals Recycling announced Tuesday that it has acquired Tampa, Florida-based metals recycling company Gulf Coast Metals.

Gulf Coast Metals operates facilities throughout Florida and include aluminum melting operation and full-service metal recycling facilities that buy all grades of ferrous and nonferrous scrap metal.
