DJJ subsidiary expands in Indiana and Phoenix

U-Pull-&-Pay (UPAP), a subsidiary of scrap broker/processor the David J. Joseph Company, announced Tuesday that it has acquired the assets of two self-serve auto parts stores: Pic-A-Part LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Pull-A-Part Self-Serv Auto and Truck Parts LLC in Phoenix, Arizona.  UPAP will operate the two locations under their existing names during a transition period.

DJJ said that the addition of these two locations bring the number of UPAP locations to nine. UPAP also operates in Albuquerque, New Mexico; Aurora, Colorado; Cincinnati, Ohio; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Denver, Colorado; Orlando, Florida; and West Palm Beach, Florida.
