Chinese steelmaker Dalian Special Steel Co. has completed the construction of its new steel production facilities, while three facilities at the steel producer’s old factory which are still in operation are to be closed down late in the current month.
The new facilities have been built at the cost of an investment of RMB 15 billion with RMB 700 million alone spent on environmental protection.
