CSC scrap purchase tender ends without any business awarded

The scrap purchase tender held last week by the Taiwanese steel producer China Steel Corp. (CSC) is closed without the company booking any cargoes. This is as a result of the refusal by the best bidder S. Norton to accept the counter bid by CSC. Following bids were submitted under the tender:
