On May 10, Beijing-based state-owned China Metallurgical Group Corporation announced that it has just completed its construction design plans for its Lumin molybdenum mine in Yichun, Heilongjiang Province.
The project is to be completed in two stages. The total estimated output capacity of the mine is 15 million mt per year.
