CITT determines pipe from six countries threaten domestic industry
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) said Tuesday that it has found the dumping of carbon steel welded pipe, commonly identified as standard pipe, exported from Chinese Taipei, the Republic of India, the Sultanate of Oman, the Republic of Korea, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates and the subsidizing of the aforementioned goods originating in or exported from the Republic of India had not caused injury, but were threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
