Chinese state-run companies’ profits up 24.4 percent in first seven months

In the January-July period of the current year, the gross revenues of China's state-run industrial enterprises amounted to RMB 20.65086 trillion ($3.23175 trillion), increasing by 25.2 percent year on year, while gross revenues in July were down 5.3 percent from the June level.
 
In the given period, the gross profits of the companies in question totaled RMB 1.33599 trillion ($209.08 billion), increasing by 24.4 percent year on year, while their gross profits in July were down five percent month on month.
