Bayi Steel’s net profit rises 14 percent in Jan-Sept

According to the latest financial report of Chinese steel producer Bayi Iron and Steel (Bayi Steel), in the first three quarters of the current year the company achieved a total operating income of RMB 22.1 billion ($3.89 billion).
 
In addition, Bayi Steel's net profit distributed to its stockholders for the January-September period came to RMB 552 million ($87 million), up 14 percent year on year. For the given period, the earnings per share (EPS) of Bayi Steel came to RMB 0.72 ($0.114).
