China’s rebar output rises by 4.8 percent in 2014

According to China's National Bureau of Statistics, in December last year China’s rebar output and steel bar outputs amounted to 17.848 million mt and 6.506 million mt, up 0.1 percent and 1.2 percent year on year, respectively.

In the whole of 2014, China’s rebar and steel bar outputs amounted to 215.277 million mt and 79.418 million mt, up 4.8 percent and 1.9 percent year on year, respectively.
