China’s rebar output decreases by five percent in February

In February this year, China's outputs of rebar and steel bars amounted to 14.58 million mt and 5.25 million mt, down 5.0 percent and 5.8 percent year on year, respectively, according to China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In the January-February period of the current year, China's rebar and steel bar outputs totaled 30.723 million mt and 11.062 million mt respectively.
