China’s iron ore output up 1.9 percent in Q1

In the first quarter of the current year, China’s raw iron ore production amounted to 189.462 million mt, up 1.9 percent year on year, as announced by China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In March alone, China’s raw iron ore production totaled 66.885 million mt, down 0.4 percent year on year.
