China’s ferroalloy output down 4.85 percent in January-March

In the January-March period of the current year, China's ferroalloy output amounted to 8.2013 million mt, down 4.85 percent year on year, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In particular, China's ferrosilicon output amounted to 1.1347 million mt in the first three months of the year, down 11.04 percent year on year, while its silicon manganese output totaled 2.4941 million mt in the given period, decreasing by 0.65 percent year on year.
