China’s coke output decreases by 0.9 percent in Jan-Nov

In the January-November period this year, China’s metallurgical coke output amounted to 446.71 million mt, down 0.9 percent year on year, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).   

In the first 11 months this year, China’s raw coal output amounted to 4.32194 billion mt, increasing by 1.2 percent year on year.

In November alone, China’s outputs of coke and raw coal totaled 40.68 million mt and 427.98 million mt, increasing by 0.6 percent and 1.8 percent year on year, decreasing by 1.3 percent and rising by 3.93 percent month on month, respectively.
