China’s coal output up 4.8 percent in January-October

In October this year, China’s raw coal output amounted to 280 million mt, increasing by 1.5 percent year on year, while this increase was 6.1 percentage points lower than that recorded in September, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In the January-October period of the current year, China’s raw coal production totaled 2.85 billion mt, up 4.8 percent year on year.
