China Shenhua Energy’s coal sales up 24.2 percent in January-April

China Shenhua Energy Company, a listed subsidiary of Shenhua Group - the largest coal company in China - has announced that in April this year its coal output amounted to 24.5 million mt, up 5.2 percent, while its coal sales totaled 35.2 million mt, increasing by 29.9 percent, both year on year.

In the January-April period of the current year, China Shenhua Energy’s coal output totaled 102.5 million mt, rising by 8.4 percent, while its coal sales reached 148.5 million mt, increasing by 24.2 percent, both on year-on-year basis.
