Chinese steel producer Chengde Steel Company, a subsidiary of major Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel, has announced that in March this year it exported in excess of 80,000 mt of hot rolled coil. The company's export destinations include Brazil, India and South Korea.
The company also stated that in April its production for export included Q235B, SS400, X42, S275J0 and SAE1008 steels, of which S275J0 and X42 have been produced by the company for the first time ever.
