Bursa-based Turkish steelmaker Cemtas Celik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S (Cemtas) has announced that it has successfully put into operation its new continuous heat treatment furnace. The hot-testing of the new equipment began in October this year.

In February of the current year, the company had also started operations at its new bulk heat treatment furnace, constructed as part of the same investment program.

The furnaces were supplied by Danieli Centro Combustion, the subsidiary of Italian plantmaker Danieli.
