The Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued its opinion and supporting reasons concerning the rate of duty resulting from its finding made on January 9, 2015, in Inquiry No. NQ-2014-001, respecting concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Turkey.

The Tribunal will not provide a report to the Minister of Finance because it is of the opinion that the public interest does not warrant a reduction or elimination of the anti-dumping and countervailing duties resulting from the above-mentioned finding.
