CAAM: Automotive vehicles output down 11.9 percent in May 1-10

In the May 1-10 period of the current year, outputs of automotive vehicles of 11 major automakers in China amounted to 369,000 units, down 11.9 percent year on year, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

In particular, passenger vehicle output totaled 299,000 units, down 6.2 percent year on year. Meanwhile, the commercial vehicle output reached 70,000 units, down 30.2 percent year on year.
