Brazilian federal police enforced on Tuesday several search and arrest warrants, following the Brumadinho disaster that killed at least 229 people and halted iron ore production at several of Vale’s sites.

The police search aimed to find documents, archives and other material that could help investigators learn more about the incident. The house of Fabio Schvartsman, Vale’s former CEO, who was ousted during the Brumadinho crisis, was also searched by officials.

Three search and arrest warrants were enforced in the states of Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro, according to media reports.

During the investigations, officials provisionally arrested 13 people, including 11 Vale employees, all of whom have already released.
