Benxi Steel completes trial test on new NGO silicon steel production line

On December 6, Liaoning Province-based Chinese steel producer Benxi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd (Benxi Steel) announced that it has successfully concluded trial production tests on its new 1,880 mm non-grain-oriented (NGO) silicon steel production line. The new line will provide feedstock for the steelmaker's cold rolled silicon steel production.
