Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmaker Benxi Iron and Steel Co. Accordingly, Benxi Steel states that it is well on the way to achieving its export target for the whole of the current year. In addition, it states that it is sparing no effort to develop target markets like the US, while also maintaining focus on existing markets such as South Korea, Europe, South America and India.

In addition, Benxi Steel has also announced that it has successfully produced 3,725.38 mt of HPB 300 round reinforcing bar. All products were found to be in line with national standards. This follows the earlier development of production of HRB 400E high-strength earthquake-resistant rebar by Benxi Steel.
