Baotou Steel reports record pig iron production figure

According to reports from the industry, Chinese producer Baotou Steel, which completed operation of its No.1 and No.3 blast furnaces, recorded a pig iron production of over 5 million tons per annum. It is stated that this production figure is a record for the company. With this increase in production, company approached to its pig iron capacity target of 5.3 million tons per annum.
