Baosteel’s Xinjiang Bayi Steel blast furnace no. 1 construction moves on

Chinese steelmaker Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel, a subsidiary of Baosteel Group, started the blast furnace shell installation of its South Xinjiang Project's blast furnace no. 1, which is being constructed by China 19th Metallurgical Co. on August 27 and the whole project has made steady headway.

On August 27, the project department of China 19th Metallurgical Co. has completed the lifting work of the shell of blast furnace no.1 successfully.
