Baosteel and Guangzhou Steel to set up new cold rolling JV

Chinese steel companies Baosteel and Guangzhou Steel are establishing a new joint venture named Guangzhou Steel Sheet Company, according to local media reports.

The new joint venture will build cold rolling facilities in Guangzhou for the production and processing of cold rolled sheet. It will used advanced technology and be environmentally friendly.
