Azerbaijan-based steel producer Baku Steel Company (Baku Steel) has resumed its production after the company had to temporarily halt its operations at the beginning of July due to raw material shortage.

Baku Steel was able to restart its production after securing 95 percent of needed raw material.

The plant started production with daily use of 1,000 metric tons of raw material, amount of which is planned to be increased later on.
