Azovstal, a subsidiary of the Ukrainian mining and metals business group Metinvest Holding, has announced the completion of the scheduled repair of its blast furnace No.3 (BF No.3).
The BF No.3 was repaired during the January-April period and cost Azovstal UAH 150 million ($30 million).
As a result of the repair works, the annual production capacity of BF No.3 has been increased to one million metric tons of pig iron.
