Australia initiates AD and CVD investigations against certain precision pipe imports

Australia’s Antidumping Commission has announced that it has initiated an antidumping duty investigation against precision pipe and tube steel imports from China, South Korea Taiwan and Vietnam and a countervailing duty investigation against China and Vietnam.

The investigation was launched upon the complaint by the local producer Orrcon Manufacturing Pty Ltd.

The products in question currently fall under Customs Statistics Position Numbers 7306.30.00, 7306.50.00 and 7306.61.00.
