ATI Allegheny Ludlum announces electrical steel surcharge

According to the statement released by ATI Allegheny Ludlum, the raw material surcharge on silicon electrical steel will be $255 per ton effective for shipments as of November 1, 2004. ATI Allegheny Ludlum adjusts surcharges monthly in line with the change in raw material costs.
