AD/CVD duties against US flats imports from six countries to continue for five more years

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Friday that, as a result of the affirmative determinations by the DOC and the US International Trade Commission in their respective sunset reviews, the antidumping orders (AD) orders on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine and the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India, Indonesia, and Thailand will be continued for a further period of five years.
