SAKATA INX ESPANA

SAKATA INX ESPAÑA, S.A. is a subsidiary of SAKATA INX CORP., company with head office in Osaka (Japan), origin of one of the big manufacturing world groups of printing inks. SAKATA INX ESPAÑA, S.A. was constituted in Barcelona in November of 1980 under the denomination of EUROSAKATA, S.A., for a group of Spanish shareholders. In March of 1987 the Joint-venture of EUROSAKATA, S.A. with the Japanese company SAKATA SHOKAI LTD was made., increasing the initial capital, changing the company name, and beginning the construction of the current factory in Palau de Plegamans, that was inaugurated in March 1988. Ending 1991, the plant of liquid inks was built, dedicated to the production of solvent base printing inks, for flexible packaging in flexo and gravure.
