The beginning was at November 13th 1980 when the Company started the activities in machines and equipments building for the starch and textile industry. Aware of the metal-mechanic enterprise development, Rex Máquinas e Equipamentos Ltda installed end-1980s in Trombudo Central, State of Santa Catarina, a fasteners branch company (exclusively nuts).
