Dover Technical Services, based in Dubai, has been supporting The Coalition and US Forces in Afghanistan since 2004. We provide a wide range of logistical and construction support services to international standards in the most challenging of environments. In 2009, in order to provide broader based support to our customers evolving requirements, Dover’s Engineering Division was established and is now headquartered in Helmand, Afghanistan.
