Seamless pipe export offers from Ukraine

Demand for Ukrainian seamless pipe in foreign markets is quiet. Traders have been postponing their purchases due to the ongoing declines seen in seamless pipe prices and so their inventories are at low levels. Hence, traders are expected to conclude new bookings in the short term. Currently, Ukrainian offers to Middle Eastern countries for seamless pipes of grade B made to ASTM/API are in the range of $750-800/mt FOB, while Ukrainian suppliers' offers to the European Union for the same product are at $650-720/mt FCA.
