Local Chinese steel pipe prices remain stable

The local Chinese steel pipe prices have showed a stable trend during the past week.  

Local Chinese seamless pipe prices have continued their stable trend during the past week. Overall trading activity has been very weak. Most traders and buyers have already left for their holiday. As for the week ahead, it is believed that seamless pipe prices may continue to move sideways.

Chinese welded pipe prices have indicated a stable trend during the past seven days. Overall trading activity has been at low levels. Prices of steel strip and other raw materials have been providing support for welded pipe prices. But since most buyers have been absent ahead of the holiday, traders have been keeping their prices stable. As for the week ahead, it is believed that welded pipe prices may maintain a stable trend.
