Chinese domestic welded pipe prices have risen strongly during the past week on the back of rising prices of steel strip and other raw materials. Overall trading activity has increased and is considered to be at normal levels. As for the week ahead, it is believed that welded pipe prices may move up further, with some fluctuations possible.
