As for the week ahead, with support from the cost side still strong, it is believed that seamless pipe prices may move sideways or edge up slightly.
Local Chinese welded pipe prices have mostly indicated slight increases during the past week, supported by increases in prices of steel strip and raw materials. Overall trading activity and demand have improved and are currently at normal levels. As for the week ahead, it is believed that welded pipe prices may continue to edge up by small margins.
