Market conditions in the seamless pipe sector in the Czech Republic have remained difficult due to rising economic uncertainty and depressed consumer confidence levels across most EU countries. In such conditions, Czech suppliers have been unable to lift their offers and have left them unchanged at the levels of one month ago. Meanwhile, demand from consuming industries remains rather thin, while most customers are unsure about the future. At the same time, a possible increase in raw material costs could push seamless pipe producers to raise their quotations in the coming month, though no substantial improvements in demand are expected.
