During the given week, steel pipe prices have remained stable compared to the previous week amid the fluctuating trend of rebar futures prices. As the Winter Olympics are approaching, production restriction measures have been implemented in Hebei Province and Beijing, reducing the supply of steel pipes and bolstering market sentiment. It is expected that steel pipe prices in the Chinese domestic market will continue their stable trend in the coming week.

Rebar futures prices at Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) stand at RMB 4,722/mt ($745/mt) on January 26, down by RMB 19/mt ($3.0/mt), or 0.4 percent compared to January 19, while up 0.36 percent compared to the previous trading day, January 25.
